Ball Bearing Units<\/h3>\n

DPI Bearing Unites comprise of the following<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. \u2022\u00a0 UC Type Sealed Single Row Deep Groove Ball Bearing with a convex sphered outer diameter<\/li>\n
  2. \u2022\u00a0 A duplex seal consisting\u00a0 of synthetic rubber seal and a slinger is provided on both sides of the UC Bearing<\/li>\n
  3. \u2022\u00a0 Each UC Bearing has a Ball Grub Screw present to help it lock in place in the housing.<\/li>\n
  4. \u2022\u00a0 A Bearing housing with a corresponding spherical inner bore in which self-aligns the UC Bearing. All DPI Housings are made of High Grade Cast Iron.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    DPI Pillow blocks Bearing unites consist of Pillow block\u00a0 and two bolt holes unit with a UC bearings mounted in the housings and are the most popular bearing units.<\/p>\n

    DPI Flanged Bearing Unites consist of a square flange which can be easily attached to a machine with four bolts. UC bearing mounting is simple with its topmounting face.<\/p>\n

    DPI Oval Flanged Bearing Units have an oval flange with two bolts\u00a0 for easy mounting onto machines where mounting space is limited or where it is necessary to minimize the distance between shafts.<\/p>\n

    DPI Take Up Units are used for more specialized applications and have a unique design as well.<\/p>\n
